The Infrastructure Finance Authority provided $800,000 to the city of St. Helen's for the expansion of the St. Helens Senior Center.

Community Development Block Grants are available to non-entitlement cities and counties for a variety of community facilities, public works projects, housing rehabilitation, services to microenterprise and other businesses where the proposed project will primarily benefit low- and moderate-income persons. Marine Navigation Improvement Fund provides the matching funds needed for projects that have received funding from the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers and for projects that directly support or provide access to a federally authorized navigation improvement project. Program information
