I'm Interested in a Community Development Project

The Infrastructure Finance Authority helps communities develop infrastructure and public facilities and address their utility and economic needs through the following programs:

  • Community Development Block Grants are available to non-entitlement cities and counties for a variety of community facilities, public works projects, housing rehabilitation, services to microenterprise and other businesses where the proposed project will primarily benefit low- and moderate-income persons.   • Special Public Works Funds are designed for the construction and/or improvement of infrastructure needed to support industrial, manufacturing and certain types of commercial development. Program information
